This approximately 120,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center is located at the northeast corner of Interstate-17 and Carefree Highway, with easy commuter access to all parts of the Phoenix metropolitan area, Tramonto Marketplace is situated on nearly 15 acres and is part of the Tramonto master-planned community developed by Communities Southwest.
The Tramonto master-planned community is approximately 1,150 acres, of which 750 acres is dedicated for residential use, with a planned 2,115 homesites and 324 multi-family residences.
