Mr. Knight provides strategic direction for Denro and is involved in all aspects of commercial development, including land acquisition, financing, and project administration. Mr. Knight has been active in the real estate development business since the early 1970s and has developed housing, apartments, office, and industrial properties, as well as several thousand acres of residential land, primarily in Arizona and California. Mr. Hegardt is involved in commercial land acquisition, deal structuring, financing, legal matters, and project oversight. Mr. Hegardt is an Arizona and California attorney, and has practiced real estate law in both states since 1991. He was an attorney at the law firm of Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to joining Denro, Mr. Hegardt was an Associate General Counsel for Del Webb Corporation. Mr. Hegardt received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University in 1988, and a law degree from University of San Diego in 1991.
Mr. Pickett is actively involved in all aspects of site acquisiton, project development, and obtaining equity and debt financing for Denro's projects. As a former commercial real estate banker, Mr. Pickett has over 22 years of commercial real estate financing experience with all types of income producing projects.
Mr. Pickett graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Utah. Additionally, Mr. Pickett received a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University. Mr. Pickett is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
As Commercial Project Coordinator, Ms. Taylor's involvement encompasses all components of site acquisition, commercial construction coordination, and investor relations. Ms. Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Drury University and brings nine years' experience of real estate development and construction to the Denro team. Ms. Taylor is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
