Shops at Country Corners

Located just two miles south of Interstate-10 at the southeast corner of 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix, this planned low-density neighborhood shopping center will be located on approximately 9.9 acres and will be part of the Country Place masterplanned community.

Village at Country Corners

Located just two miles south of Interstate-10 at the southwest corner of 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix, this planned grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center will be situated on approximately 12.12 acres and is part of the Country Place master-planned community developed by Communities Southwest.

Plaza at Country Corners

Located just two miles south of Interstate-10 at the northwest corner of 99th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road in Phoenix, this planned low-density neighborhood retail center will be situated on approximately 9.26 acres and will be part of the 683-acre Country Place master-planned community being developed by Communities Southwest.

Santan Crossings at Le Sueur Estates

Located on the northwest corner at the intersection of Guadalupe Road and the Santan Freeway (Loop 202) in Mesa, this proposed mixed-use will be situated on approximately 13.72 acres with approximately 1,100 feet of frontage along Guadalupe Road.  This property is zoned C-2.  Additionally, this project is located in an area of strong population, income and traffic counts.


Arrowhead Palms

Approximately 77,649 square foot specialty retail center located at the southeast corner of 75th Avenue and Bell Road in Peoria, Arizona. Major tenants include: Old Navy, Cost Plus World Market, and Berean Christian Stores. Arrowhead Palms is 100% leased.

Copper Point

This approximately 37,549 square feet of retail shop space in the Albertson's/Osco grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located at the northwest corner of McClintock Drive and Ray Road in Chandler, Arizona. Copper Point is nearly 100% leased.

Eagle Mountain Village Marketplace

This approximately 28,250 square feet of retail shop space in the Fry's grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located at the southeast corner of Shea Boulevard and Eagle Mountain Parkway in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Fry's Food & Drug opened in May, 2002, and construction of the retail space was completed in late 2002.  Eagle Mountain Village Marketplace was sold in July 2004.

The Village at Augusta Ranch

This approximately 26,000 square feet of retail shop space in the Albertson's/Osco grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located at the southeast corner of Baseline and Ellsworth Roads in Mesa, Arizona. The Village at Augusta Ranch was 100% leased when sold in April, 2002.

Located near the northeast corner of Interstate-17 and Carefree Highway in north Phoenix, Arizona, Tramonto Marketplace is anchored by Albertson's/Osco, with an additional 41,323 square feet of retail space.  Approximately 34,000 square feet of shop space adjacent to the Albertson's/Osco store has recently been completed and is almost fully leased.  Limited space is still available.
