The Village at Augusta Ranch
SEC Ellsworth & Baseline Roads, Mesa

 

Located at the southeast corner of Baseline and Ellsworth Roads in Mesa, Arizona, the Village at Augusta Ranch is part of the Augusta Ranch master planned community. With Albertson's/Osco anchoring the center, some of the additional tenants include Augusta Ranch Dental Clinic, Supercuts, The UPS Store, American Family Insurance, Subway, Blockbuster, and New Home Information Center.

The Village at Augusta Ranch was 100% leased when sold in April 2002.
